Mejuri, a fashion forward jeweler and known for being a nationally engaged brand building brick and mortar stores across the globe. Precon was hired to provide construction management and general contracting services for Mejuri's Newbury Street location on a fast-track delivey method that included permitting to final occupancy. The interior construction consisted of new suspended metal framed ceilings with a level 5 plaster veneer finish, negative reveal trim details and custom casework fabricated by a premier Canadian based millwork company. Sleek trim-less recessed light fixtures along with ceiling diffusers were seamlessly plastered in for flush details throughout the front of house. Curved openings, ceiling soffits and banquet seating were meticulously executed to ensure clean transitions and continuity.
