Complete 2,400 sf gut renovation for Back Bay’s ASTA Restaurant. Design elements included custom fabricated steel bar tables with 3" thick wood tops, stained concrete floors, subway tiled open kitchen walls with custom stainless steel hood ventilation. Work also included new electrical service, plumbing, fire suppression and mechanical systems. Existing hood ventilation system was removed, new welded exhaust ducts were run to roof, and new hood fire suppression Ansel system was installed and integrated within fire alarm system. Epoxy floors were installed in the back of the store along with new refrigeration systems.
